Anniversary: Sinking of the Titanic

The 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic takes place on Sunday, April 15th. 100 years ago, on a Monday night, 1,514 lost their lives as a result of the Titanic hitting an iceberg and sinking to the depths of the ocean. To commemorate the events of this day, the Manitowoc Public Library will be showing A Night to Remember in the Balkansky Community Room. Movie starts at 1:30 PM with snacks.

In addition, movie theatres will be releasing the showing of the 1997 Titanic in 3D. This immensely popular movie returns in 3D.
